Reunion Information

Hello Heffentrager, Rhoads, and Fretz Family Members!!

I hope that this finds you all well! I wanted to send this out as a reminder about this year’s Heffy Fest. Unfortunately, as you may recall, due to low attendance we had no choice but to cancel the reunion last year. I am aware that some of the family may not be able to attend this year as well, but I’m hoping that we’ll have enough turnout to not cancel it a second time.

So perhaps this year we can host the first Heffy Fest reunion at Mumbauersville Gun Club. As I mentioned previously in last year’s flyer, this location just so happens to be the same place where the Nester Fest is held in August. Again, I assure you that this place is amazing! We will have full access to their indoor and outdoor picnic facilities. So this means Heffy Fest could still be held come rain or shine on July 19th! There is plenty of room for parking as well. Please note though, that there is no pool on the premises.

Special Note:
I was informed that Gun Club members are allowed access to shoot until noon. After that, shooting on the ranges will be prohibited. I was told though that we are free to arrive earlier than noon. So please feel free to come early if you’d like to set-up your personal canopies, lawn chairs, etc. Attention Parents: (common sense disclaimer here, but was asked by Management to relay this) Kids are strictly prohibited from playing in the area of the shooting ranges before noon.
